Refund policy

At HAIT, we do not offer returns or refunds. Each piece is produced in limited quantities or made-to-order, and finished individually to uphold the integrity of the work.

However, we do allow size exchanges on eligible items, as we understand that fit is important — especially when shopping online.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact

• The desired size must be available at the time of your request

To initiate an exchange, please email us at haitfash@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will share the return address and instructions. Please note that reverse shipping charges are not covered by us.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
