RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Every HAIT product is crafted and finished with care before it is sent to you.
An estimated delivery window will be provided at checkout and again in your order confirmation email, based on the product’s availability, final checks, and current order volumes.

We typically dispatch orders within 2 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking details. All parcels are thoroughly checked by our quality control team prior to dispatch to ensure they meet HAIT's finishing standards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns. Each HAIT piece is created in limited quantities, often made-to-order, and finished individually to preserve the integrity of the work.

However, we do accommodate size exchanges on eligible items, under the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned in its original condition, unworn and with all labels and packaging intact
  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • The desired size is available at the time of request

To initiate a size exchange, please contact our team with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will share the next steps for pickup and exchange.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
